This stage includes the search for the desired candidate from the updated database and references.


  • Prospective Candidate Identification:

After thorough research, potential candidates are shortlisted using the expertise of our database, references, contacts and executive search.


  • Candidate Interviews and Evaluations:

The senior consultants carry out initial interview and understand the candidate’s interest levels along with other information like personality and leadership qualities.


  • Presentation of Short listed Candidates to Clients: 


After conducting the initial rounds, we summarize a report in a format given by the client. The report elaborates the feedback and the findings.


  • Client Candidate Interview: 


We organize telephonic rounds, video conferencing and organize the personal meeting. We offer assistance in negotiating the terms of employment prior to the formal written offer. To be precise, we work hand in hand with the client and the candidate to deliver the best results.


  • Reference Checking


If required we carry out reference checks provided by the candidate and also check with the third party references from our side as it allows us to understand  and extract any hidden information.
